Colonial house with neoclassic influence, built in 1856 by a rich landholder, afterwards was a seminary for nuns, later on was inhabited by the present family. It has three rooms with air conditioners, nets, fridge and private bathroom, (shower and hot water) each. This house is characterized by its mulded depth of eight meters high, wide windows, doors, floor in marble and venecian mosaics and the use of different constructive motive. At the center of the house you will find a yard decorated with vitrals and gardens. A colonial style coal kitchen ready to prepare meals for guests. Also you will find small hall, a hall, dinning room, coach-house. A back yard with tables and chairs for sun bathing.
