This nice Neocolonial house was built in 1947and it’s on the 2nd floor. It has 2 double rooms for rent with air conditioner, fan, minibar, safe box and each one private ensuite. One of the rooms has balcony to the city and boths rooms are having one double bed plus one single (a bit bigger than single ) There is a nice living room where you can rest and read a book after a long day walking and a small balcony as well with an interesting view from the city. This place is located in a very Central area of Havana, just 10 minutes on foot from the Old town and 20 from Vedado area ( Modern part of Havana ) The owner of this house (Ana) is extremely very nice and helpful, she speaks french and her husband english. They offer breakfast and dinner ( extra price ) breakfast 3 CUC and dinner between 5 to 10 CUC per person.She cooks really great and the food is very tasty You won’t be disappointed in here and you will feel like at home
