La Terraza de Manolo is a beautiful casa particular in Havana.This apartament located in the heart fo the Old town ( Old Havana ) just right in front to ( Covento de Santa Clara ) have to triple rooms with private bathroom each ( one of them with air conditioning and the other one with fan and windows ( very fresh all the time and with a rally nice breeze ). Rooms are small but very clean and cosy. The owner of the house ( Manolo and his family) are very friendly and he does speak some english and italian. There is a nice terrace where you can relax ( read a book or having cuban cocktails and also beers ) after a long walking day. The view from here is amazing and you can see almost the everything from here ( Great view ). The apartament is located in a 3rd floor ( a bit high ) but Manolo always happy to help you with the luggage. Manolo’s Mother lives in the fllor down and she also rents two rooms with private bathroom each one. ( if you stay at her place you also will be able to use the terrace ) There are other apartments in the same building with similar conditions and prices, really good for groups and families who are traveling together. They also offer nice breakfast and dinner as well for affordable prices

Right in front of Covento de Santa Clara, 7 minutes by walk from Capitolio, 400 meters from Plaza Vieja. Everything is quite close and the area is also very safe as well. Train station around 600 meters.
