In the balcony there are two ¨Banquetas¨ just to take a seat, drinking beer or Mojito and relax after a long walk in Havana. The apartment and area is very safe. The building has an elevator that works 24 hours a day.
The owner lives in a small bedroom where has everything on it, so, tourist feel very private.
