"This house is of ancient structure dating from the 1930?s and it is City Historical Heritage due to its location at the base of the University Steps. It is a quite and safe house with two rooms for rent where privacy, comfort, daily cleaning and information to our guests are top priority. Both rooms can be used as single or double, depending on guest?s needs, both with air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, bathroom in between, and cold & hot water 24 hours a day. We have another bathroom that can also be used by the guest that wants it. Likewise our guests can use the rest of the house which has: a living room with a great view to the University Steps, a sitting room with TV, DVD and phone, a well equipped dining-kitchen. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry services are also offered. (Extra price )
